Imagine a world where closed budgets, “secret” line items, kickbacks and black holes no longer exist. There is only one public, always open, permanently accessible Unified Treasury Account — a multisig Bitcoin wallet (or a layer on top of it) into which every tax payment of the state flows. Every satoshi, every transfer, every expenditure is visible in real time on the blockchain.
