Paid 500$ on a P2P seller and he claims he hasnt received my payment. Seller is now unresponsive for a week. Can bybit credit the USDT to me since i have been providing proof of payments from my bank?

Hi, i want to get assist from the group. I had purchased 500$ value of USDT in bybit on July 11, 2025. Sent the cash on his account and claims he hasnt acquired the cost (he used a bank account with a special identify however the completion fee on his bybit profile is low on quantity however 100%). After a number of hours, i opened an attraction and sent all the proof that i have made and sent the cost for what i bought. Seller was insisting that we speak on telegram and never on bybit since i made an attraction within the transaction. After a couple of days, the seller went unresponsive and it has been over every week since his final response within the bybit p2p chat. IS THERE A CHANCE THAT BYBIT WILL RELEASE THE LOCKED USDT ON THE SELLER'S ACCOUNT TO ME SINCE THE SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED IN THE APPEAL FOR MORE THAN A WEEK? HELP!
