Got harassed while ordering crypto. What to do ?

I used to be ordering 200 usdt from a Binance consumer, like I all the time did. However yesterday the guy questioned me for 45 minutes, first needed my number but I despatched my son’s foot so he knows I’m not obtainable!! Then he began asking me why I’m buying it, what I do for a dwelling, that I appear to be a rip-off sufferer, stored repeating questions. I requested for my a refund. He stated my profile is buyer and not dealer. Like why would that matter to anyone !!! (He lastly sent the usdt once I made insinuating threats)

Questions:

1) what info is on the market on me in Binance ?

2) can I report him without him figuring out ?

3) can individuals get refunded when such jerks exist, and how ?

Notice that crypto is sort of unlawful in my country.
