Bitcoin Standard

This post is intended for feedback on moving into a Bitcoin standard for my finances. I have recently found out about the Strike app by Jack Mallers and at the very least I am experimenting with at least having a portion of my check deposited into Bitcoin as it seems like the easiest way to buy Bitcoin with the cheapest rates. As of right now, my plan is to keep a little cash buffer within my bank to just cover necessities and leisure spending for 1-3 months. This is purely because I would like to avoid taxes as much as possible. But if there is anyone who is on a complete Bitcoin standard where everything financially runs in and out of Bitcoin, convince me why I should move to that instead of keeping a cash buffer?
