random air drops

I open up my ledger live and I see random small amounts of airdrops in my wallet..Does this mean I accepted them or it requires multiple steps. to accept them? I obviously don't want them , and it's cluttering my ledger live....I don't want it in my ledger and it turns out to be malicious...
