Litecoin > ZEC

Why I think Litecoin is the OG compared to ZEC:

Litecoin has been around since 2011. That kind of history is hard to ignore.

Litecoin isnt just a privacy coin. You can use normal LTC like always, but MWEB gives you an option for more privacy.

MWEB is pretty underrated. It allows confidential transactions where the amounts are hidden, while still keeping Litecoin usable as normal.
You dont need a completely seperate coin just for privacy. Litecoin can do both transparent and confidential transactions.
Litecoin has survived multiple cycles already. No crazy hype needed, it just keeps running.
84 million max supply. Simple, predictable and easy to understand.
Litecoin is based on the same general UTXO model as Bitcoin. It feels more like actual digital money than some random new crypto experiment.
MWEB is optional. If you want normal transparent LTC, you use normal LTC. If you want more privacy, you can use MWEB.

Litecoin doesnt get nearly as much attention as it deserves.
Maybe thats actually a good thing. It has been quietly building for years while alot of other projects came and went.
For me the combination is what makes LTC interesting: PoW, 2011 launch, limited supply, fast transactions and optional privacy through MWEB.
ZEC is obviously a serious privacy project and has very strong privacy tech. But I like the Litecoin approach because privacy isnt the only reason the network exists.

LTC has been around since the early days and its still here. No need for a new narrative every 6 months.

Litecoin will see a new ATH this Season with MWEB.
