Is this P2P account suspicious? and is he a person or an entity?

I'm a newbie, before I buy crypto using P2P, Is this account a person or an entity? I feel that there is something suspicious; regardless of having a high variety of orders and completion proportion, he has an excessive amount of out there foreign money (in comparison with others from the listing) but he has a lock badge.. What do you assume? (I'm new to this subreddit, Am I allowed to point out his account identify?)
