I traded in my iphone for a brand new one. I forgot about my 2 factor authentication feature.

I am having problem logging in to my binance account. 1st problem- I'm from the Philippines and had Binance 1-2 years earlier than it was banned in 2024. I wasn't capable of pull out my money then. 2nd problem- I can't log in to my account as a result of I bought my previous telephone. 3rd problem- I've been contacting their chat help however to request help, they maintain asking me to log in using 2-factor authentication. I all the time just log in using e-mail and may't confirm additional since it keeps asking me to use the authenticator app. They maintain asking me to use my previous gadget. So it's just a vicious infinite cycle of making an attempt to log in utilizing my previous system which I don't have anymore. Any advice how I'm going about this? I can solely try to use binance once I'm overseas.
