How should I unwrap my ETH?

Hi all, i swapped a good amount of BTC to ETH as I think it's a better mid-term investment, When the transaction arrived I got WETH instead of ETH.

When i try to unwrap it directly using Metamask Swap it seems they add craz fees on top of it and end up with 1% les than the original amount.

Here is my question; how can i unwrap ETH at a good rate ? Advices appreciated, this situation is kinda annoying
