I was reading through really old reddit posts of people working 80+hrs a week to acquire as much BTC as they possibly can, the comments were just filled with 'it's not worth it' and 'you're wasting your life'. If those people continued accumulating at that sort of pace they would now have MILLIONS and if not hundreds of thousands, for giving up a couple months/ a few years of their lives they're now a lot more 'free' and wouldn't have to work the standard 5 days per week anymore. Anyways my current contract at work is 40hrs per week, but there is overtime going 90% of the days that I work, so I tend to get 12hr shifts almost everyday, averaging 70-84hrs per week, if I continue with this I'd be able to have 1BTC in a little over a year saying it's price doesn't dramatically increase. If I was to work my standard 40hrs a week, I wouldn't be able to accumulate it at a 'life changing pace'. With this overtime I'm able to achieve around 0.01 per week minimum (excluding the week my rent comes out when I generally can't invest). The way I see it, if BTC does what it's done in the past, my life changes dramatically, if it doesn't, then my life stays the same, and I like the odds of it succeeding. I'm also considering a part time job for a few months/ just for this year to boost my acquisition temporarily (hopefully getting 16hrs per day altogether between both jobs). Anyways my question for guys is how many hours do you put in peer week to increase your stack?
EDIT- For those also accumulating as much as possible, what's your target for when you'd tone it down? For me that's 1.2BTC
TLDR - I put in 70-84hrs per week to accumulate BTC as it's my only way of acquiring 1 full coin without a dramatic drop, how many hours do you guys put in?
