Find scammer acc by username

Hello,

I'm performing some research on a scammer to examine his efficiency since he's claiming he has no money to return what he owes me.

I do have his username (and referal code) on binance and I know he is day buying and selling.

Having that persons username, is it attainable to collect insights?
