I sent my ETH from my Gate.io exchange wallet to my Luno exchange wallet.
It was an onchain withdrawal.
I sent it via ARBNOVA Network.
However, the address i sent to (address provided by Luno) only receive ETH sent from ERC20 Network.
Gate.io showed my transfer is completed.
But now after 3 days my ETH are still not in my Luno exchange wallet.
How do i recover my ETH?
