Created a calculator for Bitcoin holders exploring the borrowing strategy - looking for thoughts

So I spent some time building this free calculator that helps Bitcoin holders figure out the whole "hold and borrow" approach instead of selling

Basically trying to answer the question we all think about - how much Bitcoin do I actually need to never have to work again

**The Strategy Breakdown:**

If you don't know about this approach - you keep your Bitcoin, take loans against it when you need cash, and never actually sell. When you die, your kids get the Bitcoin at current market value so no taxes on the gains

Main issues people run into:

- Not knowing safe borrowing limits

- Missing the liquidation price points

- Can't tell if loan costs are worth it vs just selling

- No idea how the debt builds up in 15-20 years

**What my calculator shows:**

You can test different scenarios across 15-20 year periods:

- Input your Bitcoin stack and current loan rates (grabs live rates automatically)

- Set yearly withdrawal amounts for expenses (includes inflation)

- Shows exactly if/when you'd get liquidated

- Figures out break-even rates

- Compare conservative vs risky borrowing approaches

- Includes Bitcoin growth assumptions

**Why I made this thing:**

Couldn't find any decent tools that actually showed the complete picture. Everything out there either makes it too simple or misses important stuff like:

- How interest compounds in decades

- When platforms actually liquidate you (usually around 85-87% LTV)

- How yearly withdrawals increase your risk

- Real borrowing costs vs Bitcoin appreciation rates
