Why dont people take out crypto loans against owed bitcoin, then buy more bitcoin with loaned money, then use the borrowed moneys bitcoin to take a new loan and pay off old loan and rinse and repeat until u die

I get it would hypothetically only work during a bull run but if u use low ltv like 20-30% to minimise risk, why not do it longterm since bitcoin always rises in the longer term? Or do ppl already do this and im just late to knowing about loans ...
