BTC & VOO

I have recently started putting away money in BTC and VOO. Primarily for a long term return. Has anyone that is doing the same or close to the same have a percentage they like to use to spilt where money goes? Say I have $100, do you do $50BTC and $50VOO or other percentages?

As a noob I am I have been using Cashapp since it is convenient. Where should I be looking to move this stuff once I start to accumulate more then I feel comfortable to leave on Cashapp? Anywhere I can buy both from?
