Borrowed more than collateral

I feel typically Binance app miscalculates mortgage quantity for a given collateral quantity. (together with a case that I hit 'MAX' button for collateral)

And one other unusual thing is, principally Binance app doesn't permit me to proceed to additional so this type of mortgage contract isn't made, principally. However typically it isn't blocked and the contract is made.

For example, I borrowed 1.68 USDT with 1.39 USDC collateral, where LTV must be lower than or equal to 78%, however truly it is larger than 100%.

Is it a bug? Is there anything probably go flawed it this type of loan contract?
