 | Round 6 months ago I tried to ship 5 dollars in solana to an handle, it was shortly declined and my cash was despatched again. the subsequent day I attempted to ship USDT to a family member and it had advised me that my withdrawal perform had been suspended, so I contacted help They informed me that my account is being "investigated" and in the meantime my withdrawal perform had been suspended, I wasn't frightened because I knew i didnt do anything malicious and I also have all the paperwork wanted to point out the place my funds are coming from. I requested them for a date when my account can be unlocked they usually stated a date 1 month into the longer term, so I forgot concerning the funds and went on with my life. The date passes and I attempt contacting them once more they usually inform me the identical stuff that until my account is investigated that I can't withdraw anything. It has now been 6 months and after many occasions of asking help when my funds can be obtainable to withdraw, they tell me that they dont have a time-frame and all I've to do is "wait". All I ask for is when they'll obtainable to withdraw? I perceive binance must undergo safety measures and examine my account but how come its been 6 months they usually still havent investigated? The funniest factor is that I attempted to send 5 dollars in solana which has almost doubled to 10 because of how lengthy theyve taken ???? Has anybody else skilled one thing like this? and in that case, please let me understand how you resolved it and how long it took [link] [comments] |
